<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the quality of speech from being deteriorated due to a fluid re in a high frequency demodulator in a diversity receiver for a spread spectrum communication system. SOLUTION: Respective high frequency signals A1, A2 from two independent antenna systems 1, 2 are synthesized by a high frequency signal synthesizer/ distributor 3 and the synthesized signal is distributed to two parts. Two distributed signals B1, B2 are inputted to respective high frequency demodulators 4, 5. A rake receiver 6 synchronously adds multi-pass components inputted from respective modulators 4, 5. Even when either one of the demodulators 4, 5 is failed, high frequency signals of the antenna systems 1, 2 are surely inputted to the receiver 6.</p> |
