PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position of a moving body even in a stadium by detecting the position of the moving body from the respective image signals that are obtained by photographing the moving body moving inside a field with a plurality of cameras, and by displaying it on a monitor as a moving point. SOLUTION: When a specific player moving inside a field is photographed with two cameras, the respective image signals through the two cameras are input into an arithmetic means. In the arithmetic means, the coordinates x, y of the specific player are obtained by the expressions (1) and (2), on the basis of the image signals, and a certain arithmetic processing signal is output to the respective monitors by means of the coordinates x, y. Thereby, the specific player can be displayed as a moving point on the respective monitors. Accordingly, the moving trace of the specific player can be recorded. In this manner, since the moving body can be displayed on a monitor as seen from right above, the device can be utilized even in a stadium. |
