PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a digital sound signal as appropriate received/reproduced output when a sampling rate is not adapted to a digital output part by transmitting an analog sound signal based on the digital sound signal. SOLUTION: A control unit 24 detects a sampling rate on the digital sound signal DA reproduced in a source decoder part 25. When the rate is adapted to the digital transmission output part 26, an operation control signal CO is not transmitted to the digital transmission output part 26 but the operation control signal CO is transmitted and the output transmission operation of digital transmission light output PDA to a digital transmission line 14 is stopped when the sampling rate is not adapted to the digital transmission output part 26. The digital sound signal DA is appropriately converted into the analogue sound signal SA in a D/A conversion part 27 despite of the sampling rate on DA. |
