PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce soldering places, and decrease manufacturing man-hours so as to manufacture at low costs by coupling plural terminals at a coupling portion, and integrally molding to delete a coupling portion. SOLUTION: Before molding terminal plates, the terminal portions of a positive pole terminal 7, a negative pole terminal 8, and a T-pole terminal 9 are pressed into U-shapes, and other portions have been pressed at bending positions, in advance. The pressed terminal plates are fitted into predetermined positions using a forming die and fused resin is injected into the die, so that the positive pole terminal 7, the negative pole terminal 8, and the T-pole terminal 9 are integrally molded by a resin mold 25. Thereafter, coupling portions 5, 6 are punched by pressing so that the positive pole terminal 7, the negative pole terminal 8, and the T-pole terminal 9 are separated to be independent. Although the T-pole terminal 9 does not pass through the mold 25, its bending portion formed into a U-shape bites into the rear face of the mold 25, so that the same is not allowed to fall out of the mold 25, even if the coupling portion 6 is deleted. |
