<p>The invention relates to the field of construction, and proposes a method for preparing a particularly solid cement concrete and the technological line for implementing said method. It is used to obtain cement concrete of the categories B105 B135 and higher. The method comprises the preparation of a concrete mixture on the basis of fine and coarse aggregates, high-resistance cement, a superplasticizing agent, and mixing water. The invention further comprises the constitution of a concrete mixture which is then thickened and solidified according to specific temperature and time requirements. The aggregates are prepared beforehand, the weak grains and impurities being discarded before the aggregates are fractured. The fine aggregates are provided by sand with a grindability index of 5-30 %, while the coarse aggregates are comprised of rubble containing the following proportions (in volume) of cement, sand, and rubble respectively: Vc:Vs:Vr = 1.00: (1.00 1.45): (2.00 3.00). The quantity of mixing water depends on the desired solidity of the concrete, this solidity being deduced by experimental and theoretical means. The water-concrete ratio observed falls within the ranges of W/C = 0.24 0.28. The superplasticizing agent is added to the mixture in the quantity of 0.5 1.0 % of the cement mass. The prepared components of the cement mixture are placed in a cement mixer, which is then filled with mixing water; the contents of the mixer are then mechanically mixed. The prepared concrete mixture is then placed in the structure and maintained in specific conditions. Said method for the preparation of a particularly solid cement concrete is performed according to the technological line for its implementation.</p> |
