<p>Disclosed is an arc-plasma method for welding metals, consisting in the direct or indirect application of arc pressure. The plasma-forming medium is provided by liquid vapors containing water with an added organic solvent in the form of oxygen-bearing hydrocarbon compounds, particularly alcohols.
