PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve the efficiency of ordering operation of hotel operation and to save the labor for the hotel operation on the whole by registering respective items constituting one article such as food and the numbers of them in use in a data base in advance and automatically extracting necessary items and order numbers from reservation information and sales actual result information. SOLUTION: In a raw material classification data base 11, the number of used items as food materials constituting articles such as food to be cooked and the numbers of food materials in use are registered by the articles for banquest operation and restaurant operation of the hotel. For the purpose, articles included in the reservation information of a lodging system 1 and a banquest system 2 and the sales actual result information of a stand system 4 and respective items which can be ordered to traders and their numbers can be obtained. Therefore, the items and articles needed for the respective operations can be handled together by this automatic article ordering system. |
