PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device for an image forming device which adjusts toner dispersion and so on in a toner cartridge and properly detects an amount of remaining toner. SOLUTION: A laser printer stirs the toner in the toner cartridge 30 and supplies toner from a toner supply port 206 by the rotation of an agitator 32 in the toner cartridge 30, and forms an image by an electrophotographic process. The agitator 32 consists of at least two elastic thin mediums 406 and 408, and the second thin medium 408, followed by another, rotates following the rotation of the first thin medium 406. |
