SOLUTION: In an electrifying device 36 adopted to a developing device 30 of the image forming device 100, application voltage controlling means 39 is disposed. In this way, when assuming the applying voltage on an electrifying electrode 35a as Vdis, the applying voltage on the controlling electrode 35b as Vmesh, the discharge starting voltage between the electrifying electrode 35a and the controlling electrode 35b as Vth, the applying voltage on the electrifying electrode 35a and/or the applying voltage on controlling electrode 35b, is respectively controlled so that the relation shown by the next is satisfied, Vmesh <= 0.65×(Vdis-Vth). |
