The invention concerns a silicon rubber base oil composition for cosmetic use. This composition contains a mixture of: (a) at least a silicon rubber; (b) at least a vegetable oil or a synthetic triglyceride; and (c) at least a volatile silicon such as alkylpolymethylpolysiloxane corresponding to formula (I) in which: x = 0 to 10; y = 0 to 10; R represents a linear or branched alkyl radical with 5 to 10 carbon atoms; R1 represents -CH3 or R, provided that when x = 0, R1 represents R. The homogeneous oil composition is used for making cosmetic compositions in anhydrous form or dispersed in an aqueous medium. |
