PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who tries to open a store to evaluate a proper new store opening plan by controlling the promotion and stop of classification competitive stores, and hierarchically classifying competitive stores which are stopped from being classified, and outputting an optimum sales prediction model for a classified competitive store group. SOLUTION: A classifying means 4 for competitive store data hierarchically classifies competitive store data by the attributes of stores. A model estimating and evaluating means 5 estimates the most suitable sales prediction model including parameters among given sales prediction models, and evaluates its adaptivity of the estimated sales prediction model according to specific adaptivity evaluation standards. A classification control means 6 judges whether the specific competitive store group whose sales prediction model has been evaluated is further classified in detail from classification control conditions. Consequently, the parson who tries to open a store can properly evaluate a new store opening plan. |
