PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually transmit a part designated by an operator side to a customer side between terminals. SOLUTION: Information is transmitted from a customer side terminal through a prescribed line to an operator side terminal (S101-S102). Then, an operator is allowed to refer to the information obtained by the operator side terminal on the display of the terminal, and to designate the prescribed part of the information (S103-S106). Then, position information on the display of the operator side terminal in the prescribed part designated by the operator is transferred through the line to the customer side terminal (S107-S113), and the part of the display of the customer side terminal corresponding to the prescribed part is changed to another part and displayed based on the position information in the prescribed part obtained by the customer side terminal (S114-S115). |
