REGISTER ACCESS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of shortening required time for controlling a device provided with an address signal input terminal, a data signal input terminal and a control signal input terminal for accessing a built-in register from an external controller through the respective signal input terminals. SOLUTION: A register part 202 is provided with plural registers and an access control part 201 samples address signals and data signals at every fixed interval and stores them in a storage part 203 while a control signal value is a value for indicating write enable. After a control signal is changed from the value for indicating the write enable to the value for indicating write disable, the access control part 201 judges the register corresponding to an address signal value sampled at the time of prescribed sampling stored in the storage part 203 and adopts a data signal value sampled at the same time as the setting value of the register.
