<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high light transmissivity pen input panel for inputting position information while touching a pen with a panel surface concerning a position input device for inputting the position information while being mounted on the display screen of display device at an information processor, etc. SOLUTION: This panel has a panel part 4 and an input pen 5, the panel part 4 has a transparent substrate 41, transparent conductive film 42 attached on the transparent substrate 41 and two pairs of driving electrodes 43 at least formed along with four sides of transparent conductive film 42 and electrically connected with the transparent conductive film 42, the input pen 5 has a body part 51 formed from an insulator and an electrode part 52 mounted on the body part 51 and when the electrode part 52 of input pen 5 is directly contacted to the transparent conductive film 42 while impressing a voltage between the driving electrodes 43 facing with the transparent conductive film 42 inbetween, a voltage corresponding to a position on the transparent conductive film 42 touched with the electrode part 52 is taken out through the electrode part 52.</p> |
