摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a speech voice and to enhance the articulation by adding a frequency component separated from data at a 1st frequency conversion circuit to a required output voice signal. SOLUTION: Voice coding system discrimination circuits 18A-18N decide a decoding system for voice decoders 14A-14N based on coding system information inserted received coding data. Amplitude adjustment circuits 19A-19N read data stored in 1st data storage sections 12A-12N every time to adjust the amplitude of a voice signal decoded by a selected voice coding system. First frequency conversion circuits 110A-110N convert a sampling frequency of the decoded voice signal at each point into a predetermined frequency. Second frequency conversion circuits 111A-111N convert an output voice signal of an arithmetic processing section 15 synthesizes voice signals into a sampling frequency in matching with each of a voice decoder. Then a voice re-configuration circuit 113 adds the frequency component separated by the first frequency conversion circuits 110A-110N to a required output voice signal.
