<p>A ball valve for controlling fluid flow comprises a housing (10, 12) with a chamber (18) therein and a fluid flow passage (15) therethrough having an inlet portion (24) and outlet portion (26) to and from the chamber (18) adjacent the lower end of the housing (10, 12), and generally annular recesses (50) extending about the inlet and outlet ends of its inlet and outlet portions. A valve member (14) is rotatably seated in the chamber (18). Body seats (43) are removably seated in the annular recesses (50) of the chamber (18) and valve seats are removably seated in the body seats (43).</p> |
