PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add proper sound effects corresponding to a display picture and to output it by generating the sound effects to be linked with the picture based on distributions of respective color components of an inputted digital picture. SOLUTION: A picture input circuit 101 is inputted with, for example, RGB pictures of multilevel gradations obtained by being photographed at a ski course with a digital camera. A histogram generating circuit 102 performs histogram processings with respect to respective colors of R, G, B of these pictures. A pattern analyzing circuit 103 interprets that picture data whose densities are high exist both in respective colors R, G, B in the picture of a digital photography as analysis results from histogram results for every color. That is, R, G, B are evenly mixed to display 'a white' being the photography in the ski course. A link processing circuit 104 selects sound effect information corresponding to the pattern from among plural kinds of sound effect information preliminarily stored in a memory 105 by the analysis results and outputs the sound effect information by linking them with the photographic picture. |
