PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to reduce the effect of noise of a charge pump. SOLUTION: A charge pump capacitor is formed by combining a plurality of unit capacitor including a 1st unit capacitor where upper electrodes 31, 32 connecting to a 1st terminal of a charge pump capacitor and lower electrodes 41, 42, connecting to a 2nd terminal of the charge pump capacitor are arranged opposed to each other and including a 2nd unit capacitor where lower electrodes 43, 44 connecting to the 1st terminal of the charge pump capacitor and upper electrodes 33, 34 connecting to the 2nd terminal of the charge pump capacitor are arranged opposed to each other, and the differential charge pump is balanced differentially to reduce noise.
