PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire two stable oscillation output signals which are suitable for the practical use by preparing an oscillation circuit part, a frequency multiplying circuit part and a filter circuit part and outputting the basic oscillation signal of the oscillation circuit part and/or the multiplied output signal passing through the filter circuit part to the output as an oscillation output signal. SOLUTION: This device comprises an oscillation circuit part A, a frequency multiplying circuit part B and a filter circuit part C which extracts the prescribed multiplied frequency. At the part A, a resonance circuit part A1 operates with the prescribed resonance frequency and a negative resistance circuit part A2 and an amplifier circuit part A3 outputs the basic oscillation signals (x) of frequency accordant with the control voltage VT and the switching voltage VS. The signals (x) are outputted to a 1st output terminal OUT1 via a filter circuit of the part A and also supplied to the part B. The part B consists primarily of a transistor TR and connected to a switching element B10 that controls the TR operation. |
