PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system which can flexibly and immediately distribute various information to a terminal constituted of a general-purpose device providing an information conversion means for a server and providing log-in means which automatically execute log-in for the server as soon as they are started through an intranet for clients. SOLUTION: The log-in means 14 which the clients 11-1 to 11-N have installed as the terminals of the intranet automatically execute log-in for the facing server 12 through the intranet as soon as they are started. Relating to the server 12, the information conversion means 13 converts information given from outside into a hyper text adapted to the attribute of information and sets it to be information which is to be distributed to one of the clients 11-1 to 11-N. The server 12 distributes information given by the information conversion means 13 as the hyper text to the clients 11-1 to 11-N through the intranet.
