<p>The invention relates to devices which convert the gage pressure energy of gaseous or liquid media into mechanical revolution energy. The disclosed engine eliminates reciprocal motion and improves hermetization, and comprises a casing with an annular working chamber as well as pistons attached in pairs onto disks. Said disks are located in the working chamber and divide it into individual piston chambers. Paired cranks are attached to the disk bosses, each crank supporting two leading crank pins which alternately engage with the grooves of a multi-grooved slot. The engagement of one of the pins of a crank with the groove of the slot is accompanied by the simultaneous disengagement of the alternate pin of the same crank from the other groove of the slot.</p> |
