<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a projecting part and a light receiving part and precisely receive a reflected light. SOLUTION: A light shielding plate 2 is extended from a base 1, and a lens body 3 is mounted on the top end thereof. The top end surface of the lens body 3 is formed of a projecting and light receiving lens 4 consisting of a convex lens having the central line passing the central part of the light shielding plate 2 as an optical axis 01, and the base 2-side surface is formed of first and second convex lenses 5, 6 having different optical axes on both sides of the light shielding plate 2. The optical axes 02, 03 of the first and second convex lenses 5, 6 are parallel to the optical axis 01 of the projecting and light receiving lens 4, and passed through two different areas on the projecting and light receiving lens 4, and a light emitting element 9 and a photoelectric converting element 10 are arranged in the focus positions of the first and second convex lenses 5, 6, respectively. The frequency-modulated projected light from the light emitting element 9 reaches an object S through the first convex lens 5 and the projecting and light receiving lens 4. Since the reflected light is imaged on the photoelectric converting element 10 through the projecting and light receiving lens 4 and the second convex lens 6, the output of the photoelectric converting element 10 is obtained, whereby the object can be confirmed.</p> |
