PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating circuit with a trimming capacitor having excellent versatility with a widened regulating range of an inner capacitor capacity. SOLUTION: In a resonance capacitor for setting a resonance frequency, a fourth insulating layer Z4 and third, fourth electrode patterns P3, P4 are provided, a third insulating layer Z3 and second electrode pattern P2 are provided on its upper surface, and a roughly regulating capacitor having the layer Z3 and patterns P2, P3 is provided. Further, a second insulating layer Z2 and a first electrode pattern P1 are provided on its upper surface, and a finely regulating capacitor having the layer Z2 and the patterns P1, P2 is provided. The pattern P2 having a large area is trimmed to alter a capacitor capacity in a wide range, and the pattern P1 having a small area is trimmed to finely regulate the capacitor capacity, thereby altering a resonance frequency.
