<p>A Factor X variant is disclosed which has a single substitution in which the arginine residue at amino acid position 347 of human Factor X is replaced with asparagine. The Factor X variant has substantially reduced affinity for Factor Va, although the catalytic impact of Factor Va binding remains essentially intact.</p> |
