ELECTRIC PART AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric part for sealing a semiconductor element therein. SOLUTION: Disposing a cap 30 above a light emitting element 16, an electric part 10 is formed. The cap 30 has an upper portion 32 with a lens 33 having a transmissibility for the optical signal generated by the light emitting element 16. The optical characteristic of the electric part 10 is made adjustable by changing the relative position of the cap 30 present above the light emitting element 16 to it.
