PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a navigation system of self-contained navigation or the like requiring individual correction data vehicle by vehicle, easily usable in common between a plurality of vehicles by performing guide processing on the basis of a present position detected on the basis of data supplied from a data storage part that corrects detected data on the moving state of an own vehicle. SOLUTION: A navigation system is composed of a navigation system body 10 and an external unit 20. A GPS antenna 12 is connected to the navigation system body 10, and a signal received by this antenna 12 is received and processed by a GPS signal processing part 13. The GPS signal processing part 13 receives a GPS position measuring signal to obtain present position data and supplies it to a system controller 11. The external unit 20 is provided with a system controller 21, and the system controller 21 supplies the calibrating coefficient value stored in data storage part 25 and data detected by an angular velocity sensor 22 and a vehicle speed sensor 24, to the system controller 11 on the connected navigation system 10 side. |
