<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the multi-cast communication method for a mobile host that admits participation in a multi-cast group by the mobile host in matching with its property. SOLUTION: A transmission source notifies group characteristic information into a group. A home agent receives the group characteristic information and transfers it when transmission is possible. In the case that a mobile host discriminates that the received group characteristic information comes from the transmission source (S1302) and there is no limit of membership (S1306), or the home agent has a group identifier regardless of limit of the membership (S1309), the host discriminates that the host can take direct participation in the group (S1307). In the case that the mobile host discriminates that the received group characteristic information is transferred from the home agent (S1302) and the host has not decided the direct participation based on the group characteristic information from the transmission source, the host discriminates that the transfer participation is possible (S1315).</p> |
