PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify an image processing means in trouble by displaying a good/bad decision result outputted by an image processing means together with a comment added to a command having derived the good/bad decision result. SOLUTION: According to a command sequence stored in a command execution order storage part 3, a command sequence execution part 4 as an image processing means executes commands sequentially to pick up an image of an object to be inspected. Whether the picked-up image is good or not and whether the inspection object in the image is good or not are decided and the good/bad decision result is outputted as a command execution result. Then a comment and good/bad result display part 7 displays the command, comment, and command execution result according to information stored in a comment storage part 6 and information outputted by the command sequence execution part 4. Consequently, the image processing means in trouble can easily be specified and countermeasures can speedily be taken. |
