PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frequency of communication and to shorten an inquiry time by executing a routine by a routine execution part prepared on a divided data side when a routine main body called on the divided data side contains no database operation statement. SOLUTION: When a function definition statement is analyzed, it is checked whether or not a database operation statement is present in the main body of a function, and database operation statement check information 104 as its result and a function execution procedure indication 103 as the result of an analysis of the main body of the function are stored in function definition information. When the database operation statement check information 104 shows a state 110 wherein there is a database operation statement, the function is executed by a routine execution part 13 including a process for the database operation statement and in a database operation statement absent state 111, the function is executed by a routine execution part 13 which does not includes the process for the database operation statement. This routine execution part 14 is present on a function call side.
