<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture the coil assembly of a solenoid valve in which a magnetic path forming frame is mounted on the coil assembly formed by covering a coil wound around a bobbin with a synthetic resin without using any mold and, at the same time, to easily mount the magnetic path forming frame on the coil assembly. SOLUTION: A coil assembly 36 is constituted by filling up the space between a coil 39 which is wound around a bobbin 38 having a groove 60 formed along one diameter line of a central hole 42 on one end face and a synthetic resin case 40 formed in a cylindrical shape by inserting the bobbin 38 into the case 40 with a potting agent 41 and a magnetic path forming frame 37 is constituted of a flat rectangular magnetic path plate 68 which is inserted into the groove 60 and faced to one end of the assembly 36, a closed-end cylindrical magnetic path pipe 71 which is brought into contact with the main body 14 of a housing by inserting the other end side of the assembly 36 into the pipe 71, and a pair of connecting arm sections which are integrally and successively formed on the opened end of the pipe 71 and engaged with both ends of the magnetic path plate 68 by caulking.</p> |
