PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment for a winding-type electrode by which a cylindrical winding type electrode with high reliability can be made with a good yield, while avoiding damages of a separator, occurrence of short circuiting of a positive electrode and a negative electrode and the like. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has a tape-shaped insulating sheet 6a for layer insulation with parts 6a1 , 6b2 extended to both sides fitted to and arranged on a cylindrical winding core body 1 with a mounting part 1a for a starting end of a winding, which is located along an axis direction and also opens in a diameter direction, and along the inside of the tape shape insulating sheets 6a1 , 6b2 extending to the both sides mentioned above, a positive electrode sheet 6b on one side of the confronting mounting part 1a of the starting end of the winding core body 1, and a front end of a tape-shaped negative electrode sheet 6c on another side are also placed facing. Afterwards, while applying a pressure on the tape-shaped insulating sheet 6a1 , 6a2 extending to the both sides mentioned above, the positive electrode sheet 6b and the negative electrode sheet 6c are laminated and wound on a circumferential surface of the winding core body by rotating the winding core body 1 in a fixed direction, so that the winding-type electrode is made. After the winding-type electrode has been made, the winding core body 1 is rotated in a reverse direction and while pulling it out in an axis direction, it is shaken and moved in forward and reverse rotating directions. |
