PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent settlement with an illegal magnetic card in a taxi, and a provide powerful information of the prevention or accident solution of a taxi crime. SOLUTION: Information related with an illegal card incapable of credit transaction is stored in a memory card 3, and the information related with the illegal card read from the memory card 3 is stored in a memory 15. Then, credit transaction data read from a magnetic card 5 is collated with the information related with the illegal card stored in the memory 15 by an illegal and judging part 14a so that whether or not the magnetic card 5 is an illegal card can be judged. When the magnetic card 5 is judged to be the illegal card, the credit transaction data of the magnetic card 5 is written in the memory card 3 as the illegal card information by a data writing part 14b. |
