PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a KARAOKE device which does not let an operator of the KARAOKE device wait unnecessarily before a KARAOKE performance is started. SOLUTION: A system control part 7 stores performance music inputted from a remote control of an operation part 15 in a performance music information storage part 15 and starts reproducing operation. Then the system control part 7 unfreezes KARAOKE music data, stored in an auxiliary storage device 6, into KARAOKE accompaniment data, text data, and back chorus data and stores them in a main storage device 14. The system control part 7 downloads font data needed for text display from the auxiliary storage device 6 to the main storage device 14 according to font specification data of the KARAOKE accompaniment data. |
