PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of inductance of a regenerating circuit, and reduce surge voltage and oscillatory currents caused by it, by arranging the constituent conductors of the regenerating circuit, in close vicinity to the constituent conductors of a DC main circuit opposed to each conductor. SOLUTION: A snubber regenerating circuit is composed of a positive regenerating circuit conductor 1 and a negative regenerating circuit conductor 4, and a DC main circuit is composed of a positive DC main circuit conductor 2 and a negative DC main circuit conductor 3. Then, each conductor is connected to a first power module by terminals 5-8 and to a second power module by terminals 9-12. Here, the positive regenerating circuit conductor 1 and the positive DC main circuit conductor 2, and the positive regenerating circuit conductor 4 and the negative DC main circuit conductor 3 are made of straight-angle conductors, and they are arranged closely at enough small intervals to the length of the conductor each. Moreover, for the positive regenerating circuit conductor 1 and the negative regenerating circuit conductor 4, the dimensional ratio of long side to short side of the cross section is made 2 or over. Hereby, the amount of inductance of the regenerating circuit can be reduced, and surge voltage, oscillatory currents, etc., can be reduced. |
