PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the fuming or firing possibility of a stabilizer by ensuring shut-off of a current when a choke coil is abnormally heated. SOLUTION: When a commercial power supply is erroneously connected to a black terminal and a blue terminal, a choke coil 11a in which an overcurrent flows is heated to a higher temperature, which is detected by a temperature protector 3 to cause turn-off, or otherwise when the commercial power supply is erroneously connected to a white terminal and a red terminal, a choke coil 11b in which an overcurrent flows is heated to a higher temperature, by which a current fuse 2 is melted to cause turn-off, so that current supply to the choke coils 11a, 11b is shut off to prevent the fuming or firing of a stabilizer. When the choke coils 11a, 11b are in rare short, the temperature protector 3 detects the temperature rise of the choke coil 11a or the current fuse 2 detects an overcurrent in the choke coil 11b to prevent the fuming or firing of the stabilizer. |
