摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently detect angular velocity by increasing amplitude of vibration of the Y axis direction of a vibration piece for detection. SOLUTION: Of first to fourth vibration parts constituted into an H type, the first and second vibration parts are composed of each vibration piece 11 to 13 and each vibration piece 14 to 16 and the third and fourth vibration parts are composed of vibration pieces 17, 18. When angular velocity around a Z axis is added when the vibration pieces 11 to 16 vibrate in an X axis direction, vibration energy of a Y axis direction due to Coriolis force proportional to angular velocity is excellently imparted to the vibration pieces 11 to 16 because the first and second vibration parts are divided into the vibration pieces 11 to 13 and the vibration pieces 14 to 16, respectively. Because vibration energy imparted to the vibration pieces 11 to 16 is transmitted to each of the vibration pieces 17, 18 and total mass of the vibration pieces 17, 18 is smaller than total mass of the first and second vibration parts, the vibration pieces 17, 18 vibrate at amplitude which is large in the Y axis direction.
