PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate address tracing work for maintenance. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a main processor 3 for specifying an execution address and executing a firmware and an address trace memory 9 for recording the execution address specified by the main processor 3. Also, a diagnostic processor 10 operated independently of the main processor 2 is provided together with the address trace memory 9 and the diagnostic processor 10 controls the permission and inhibition of the write of the address trace memory 9 and the read of the execution address recorded in the address trace memory 9 corresponding to an instruction inputted from the outside. |
