PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently facilitate a highly precise processing by supplying saturated hydrocarbon to a brush member provided on a strip member moving back and forth against a tooth member relatively, so as to prevent the adhesion of lithium to a blade member. SOLUTION: When a cam 86 rotates via a rotation shaft 84 under the action of a servomotor 70, an arm member 92 rocks the other end side upwards centering on a fulcrum 90. The roller follower 94 of the arm member 92 other end is moved up, and the holding action of a climbing plate 102 is released, so that a plate 112 is moved up. Accordingly, a strip member 74 holds a lithium foil on the outer peripheral face of first cutting roller 58. A brush member 76 is disposed on a stripper member 74, and saturated hydrocarbon 78 is supplied to the brush member 76 via a supply means 80. When a blade member 72 is slid on the brush member 76, the saturated hydrocarbon 78 is smoothly and surely applied to the blade member 72. The saturated hydrocarbon 78 is applied to the blade member 72 at every processing of the lithium foil. |
