<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide winding parts which can suppress the reduction of the insulating distance of the parts caused by raised solder when a three-layer insulated wire is soldered, by reducing the height of the raised solder as much as possible at the time of constituting the parts by using the three-layer insulated wire and a single-layer insulated wire. SOLUTION: Winding parts 10 are provided with a bobbin 3 having a pair of flange sections 3b and 3c forming an annular winding section 3a for winding wires 2 and pins 4 which are erected on the surface of one flange 3b on the opposite side of the winding section 3a and to which the end sections of the wires 2 led-out from the winding section 3a are fixed by soldering. The wound wires 2 are divided into a plurality of systems and at least one system is composed of a three-layer insulated wire 6 and, at the same time, the wire 6 is led out from the vicinity of the other flange 3c and fixed to the pins 4 after the wire 6 is laid along the side face of the flange 3b, and the flange 3b is extended to the outside 3d.</p> |
