PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size piezoelectric type power supply which assures good power generating efficiency for a wider frequency range by effectively utilizing the change of Young's modulus of a piezoelectric vibrator. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrator P is formed by holding a stacked layer of frequency adjustment piezoelectric element 40 between both power generation piezoelectric elements 20, 30. A short circuit 50 short circuits, when it is in the on-condition, the negative polarity 22 of the piezoelectric element 20 to the positive electrode 31 of the piezoelectric element 30. This short circuit is canceled when the short circuit 50 is in the off condition to release the area between the negative electrode 22 of the piezoelectric element 20 and the positive electrode 31 of the piezoelectric element 30. |
