<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording system capable of continuously recording a target program on a recording medium by canceling the recording of a time when its program is not broadcasted when a recording start time and a recording end time are specified, and the programs broadcasted at every prescribed period are recorded continuously. SOLUTION: In a VTR(video tape recorder), when video recording reservation continuously video recording the continuously broadcasted programs is set by timer video recording, a video recording plan specifying the time video recording and the time canceling the video recording until by several times ahead from the present time is formed. At a timer video recording time, when it becomes the reserved video recording start time, whether this time video recording is performed or canceled according to the set contents of the video recording plan is judged, and after the video recording time elapses, the set contents of the video recording plan is shifted by one time to deal with the timer video recording after next times. Further, the VTR is provided with two video recordable deck parts, and when the video recording reservation of the programs are set, the matter that the deck part used for video recording is selected is possible also.</p> |
