<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect optical noise on a remote controller having plural optically receiving elements, by selecting an effective light receiving signal from the light receiving signals, which are received at the same time. SOLUTION: A remote controller has a remote control transmitter to transmit a control signal with infrared ray as signal medium, plural light receiving element 2 to optically receive the control signal transmitted from the remote control transmitter, a receiving part 1 to convert an infrared signal received by the light receiving elements 2 into an electric signal and a control part 8 to control the condition of equipment with a signal from the receiving part 1. One gain control part 4 to control the amplification of the light receiving signal corresponding to the intensity of the light receiving signal exists for plural receiving parts 1, so that all light receiving elements can be controlled to have the same gain.</p> |
