<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound packet asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) network transfer system capable of reducing useless communication bands in an ATM line and improving transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: Telephone sets A, B respectively output 1st and 2nd voice packets to be sent to destinations, i.e., telephone sets C, D, a network terminating equipment 10 outputs an ATM cell in a state multiplexed loading the 1st and 2nd voice packets on the cell and an input side exchange 1 duplicates the ATM cell as 1st and 2nd duplicated cells. An output side exchange 2 extracts only the 1st voice packet out of the 1st and 2nd voice packets multiplexedly loaded on the duplicated cell and outputs a new 1st ATM cell in a state loading only the 1st voice packet. Similarly an output side exchange 3 outputs a new 2nd ATM cell in a state loading only the 2nd voice packet. Network terminating equipments 20, 30 respectively send the 1st and 2nd voice packets in the new 1st and 2nd ATM cells to the telephone sets C, D.</p> |
