<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register and delete an ID number in a RAM without using a special device by setting the ID number registration mode and the ID number deletion mode based on read of a master card to register and delete the ID number in a storage part (RAM). SOLUTION: An electric lock 1b is provided in a knob 1a of a door 1 of a room, and the ID number of an ID card is read by a card reader 2 and is collated with a registered ID number, and the electric lock is unlocked to permit entrance unto the room if they coincide with each other. When the master card is read, the registration or deletion mode is set fort a prescribed time, and the ID number obtained by reading the ID card can be deleted if being already registered in the RAM, and the ID card is regarded as a new card to be able to register the ID number if the ID number is not registered in the RAM.</p> |
