PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sending precision of electronic components, by cutting bonding parts arranged on both sides of the tape in the longitudinal direction before peeling a cover tape, and eliminating vibration to be generated in peeling the cover tape. SOLUTION: A cutting blade 8 is adjusted at a deep position wherein only a cover tape 4 of a tape 1 is cut with a stopper 15, and cuts the insides of bonding parts of the cover tape 4 in accordance with advance of the tape 1. By retreat of a peeling shutter 7, the cover tape 4 which covered electronic components 2 is reeled by a reel, and the electronic components 2 are exposed. At this time, since the insides of the bonding parts of the cover tape 4 are cut, the cover tape 4 is reeled by the reel without resistance and vibration, and the position of electronic components 2 is not deviated. The components are not stood and jumped by vibration, thereby supplying the electric components precisely with stable attitude. |
