PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where the remaining heat of ejected paper is restrained to be small by using a compact device even in the case of printing for which much fixing heat must be applied. SOLUTION: Fixed fun louvers 62a and 62b are equipped with plural louver ventilating holes 63 exhausting air to the backside of the oblique outside of a main body device 40 and plural louver ventilating holes 64 exhausing the air to the downside of the back center part, and an up-and-down slide type fan louver corresponding to them is provided with shutters corresponding to the holes 63 and 64. The up-and-down slide type fan louver slides downward interlocked with opening an opening/closing tray 42 so as to shut out the hole 63 on one side and open the hole 64 on the other side. Thus, at the time of closing the tray 42, the air is exhausted to the backside of the oblique outside of the device 40 shown by arrows B and B', and at the time of opening the tray 42, the air is exhausted to the tray 42 shown by arrows C and C', so that the remaining heat of the paper is cooled. |
