PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor required for tabulation by editing the item names of a commodity sales totalizing file and a text file of item-sorted totalization value data and entering application software for tabulation to a loaded computer equipment. SOLUTION: A personal computer installs table calculation software and prints out or displays data inputted from a store computer as a table of commodity sales totalizing data. When an output item and an output destination are specified one by one by key input or the like, the commodity sales data of the specified item are extracted from an experience file (ST2). Then the totalization or the like of extracted commodity sales data is executed and a commodity sales totalization file is prepared in a RAM (ST3). When 'printing' e.g. is specified as an output destination (ST4), printing data developed to a report image are edited from the data of the commodity sales totalization file (ST5). |
