PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electronically move funds from the withdrawal account of a financial institution through a network to an account being the destination of transfer, and to operate an electronic settlement processing after a recipient receives merchandise. SOLUTION: The information of merchandise to be purchased, the information of a recipient, and account information is transmitted from an information processor 1 to an information processor 3. The information processor 3 stores the received information in a delivery transfer file 16, and transmits the account information of a person who ordered merchandise and the account information of the destination of transfer to an accepting device corresponding to ordered merchandise. The accepting device 4 adds an unique acceptance number to the received information, and stores it in a transfer file 18, and communicates this acceptance number to the information processor 1. After the recipient receives the merchandise, the accepting device 4 receives the acceptance number transmitted from the information processor 1, information processor 2, or portable terminal 7, and a counting system 6 operates a processing for moving funds based on the transfer information obtained by referring to the transfer file 18. |
