PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which recovers and recycles residual toner at a high purity in an image forming device provided with a means to recover the residual toner electrically via a photoreceptor drum and a developing roller, and to provided an image forming device equipped with the developing device. SOLUTION: A cleaner 52 made of nonwoven fabric or the like, for trapping and recovering impurities such as dust in the sticking residual toner by being in contact with the developing roller 27 in the axial direction of the developing roller 27 is formed on the underside of the developing roller 27 and on this side of a seal 50 (upstream in the direction where the residual toner is carried) disposed in contact with the developing roller 27 in a normal direction. Because the residual toner is recovered after the impurities separated, the life of the residual toner and that of the developing device itself can be extended and also sharp images can be formed continuously. |
