DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING OPERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate operation of high accuracy by analyzing the relation between different processes or result bodies in an arbitrary process and the relation between operation items in each process and result bodies, and calculation an estimated value of workload of each operation item from an estimated value of the quantity of materials. SOLUTION: An analysis part 3 for the relation between result bodies takes an analysis to find what correlation processes or result bodies in an arbitrary process have based on the actual value of the quantity of result bodies stored in the past. A detailed operation item/result body relation analysis part 5 analyzes what it a result body having deep relation with the work load of a detailed operation item on the basis of the quantity of result bodies stored in the past and the actual value of the workload of a detained operation item. Then an estimate value of the workload of individual detailed operation items in a next process is calculated by using estimated values of result bodies in the next process. Namely, objects to be estimated are classified into result bodies and operations and estimated values are calculated for them respectively to obtain a more detailed and accurate estimation result.
